This blend is 100% certified organic coffee. A classically simple blend comprising of a very high grade organic natural process Ethiopian sidamo “guji” and an extremely clean high grade fully washed Mexican “La Pluma”.
As espresso you should fins a syrupy/winey, full bodied mouth feel with a tight and polished orange/berry acidity moving to a deep chocolate and gently spiced finish.
With milk it should display a full flavoured classic choc/orange flavour with a toffee/caramel, chocolate finish.
